Camping World

Ok so never ever take your trailer to a Camping World to get worked on for warranty or other. We took ours on October 17th to get a 360 inspection done, tanks flushed and some minor repairs done. Well by mid November they had not even started on our fifth wheel, then by December they said all the parts had been ordered and we would have our trailer by the end of the month. January came and then was told they ordered all wrong parts that it would be done by end of month. January 25th a call was made and found out they lost our keys and all the paper work as well as a deposit we were told we had to put down in $500 cash. Oh and yes I signed something stating I put the deposit down and I had my copy of it. Then I went down there and they said the service person we were dealing with was fired and was the one who probably took our keys, paperwork and money. Well guess what we had his cell number so my husband contacted him and told him to deliver our stuff or the cops will be looking for him. 1 hour later we had our stuff. Camping World was shocked and couldn’t believe it. Oh and still nothing had been done to our trailer. They begged us to make right with them and that they would fix everything and they didn’t want to loose our business. So we said ok just fix our trailer. Well today we went in and they lost our keys again, didn’t do the 360 inspection or flush the tanks and charged us $899 for parts and labor!! Are you kidding me for what!!!!! All I wanted was my $80,000 trailer back!!! Never ever again!!! They are the worst ever!!!!

Nice Buying Experience, After searching for quite a wile and after just leaving the rudest place on earth in Auburn Ca. I will refrain from mentioning the name as to NOT give them any spotlight, we came across Camping World in Vacaville, Ca. The price of the unit we wanted was high,way too high!! But after a couple hr's we had what I think was a very fair deal for them and us. (I know my prices and was not about to be taken for a ride ) We drove out the same day with our "newer" Motorhome, and love it ! By the way...Diesel is the ONLY way to go !!
