Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Directors

My Mother in Law passed away 10/30/17 and we used WM Sullivan and Son Funeral Home.. I hold them in very high regard they were very caring and professional making us feel so comfortable as we were making arrangements for the viewing and service. Dustin Hughes our funeral director was outstanding as were any of the staff we encountered.. They made us feel that we were family and made the experience that no one wants to go through a blessed time. I am definitely going to preplan my funeral with them. Eileen M Robinette

The staff here at Sullivan in Utica is absolutely amazing. They are understanding and empathetic, professional and knowledgeable! They truly made an unfortunate event much less upsetting. I've recently helped plan funerals for my grandparents with my mother at Sullivan, but this week my brother and I had to plan one without her for her... and they truly provided an experience. I cannot thank them enough! I pray that I won't have to see them again soon, but I will definitely return when the time comes.
