Management at this facility is absolutely terrible! The place itself is nice; however, if you have to deal with management at all, you will be in for a huge disappointment. My husband and I held our baby shower at this venue. We were told we could set up the night before and to meet the event planner at 6pm, the night before the shower. Not only did no one show up to let us in, at 6pm, but once 7pm rolled around, I decided to try and get in touch with someone. We were finally able to get in touch with a woman and she drove to the facility and let us in. Upon entering, my husband and I were horrified. Not only were the tables, chairs, and linen not set up, but everything was in disarray. There was a vacuum cleaner in the middle of the floor, the restrooms were dirty, with trash running over, and there were about 200 chairs stacked up against the back wall. Everything was supposed to already be set up- husband and I were only supposed to be there to setup our decorations. My husband has a back injury and I am in my third trimester of what has been a very rough pregnancy. Once we were done setting up, it was 1 am! My husband contacted the venue about 5 times, before he finally received a call back. Once he received a call back, the manager, or whomever he is, named Jerry was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He not only justified the fact that the woman who was supposed to meet us at the venue at 6pm to let us in the door never showed up, but actually stated that, she had left her phone at home because her and her husband went out to dinner that night, as they had not done so in a long time.... This guy, Jerry offered no apology, but was only rude. He also made fun of my husband's injured back by stating, "maybe you should call your doctor" he said this while laughing. He also stated that, pregnancy is not a disability and not a reason for me to not be able to set things up. Very unprofessional! The guy, Jerry, is an absolute joke.
