Presence Covenant Medical Center

my mom got transferred to this facility 8/19/14 and I was surprised by what I saw. this place is on the "ran down" side for hospitals. she's there for the intensive therapy program. that being said I hope the therapists are a little younger and stronger than some of the nurses there. it took an hour for them to get her some water the first day she was there. the second day there they only gave her 2 items on her lunch tray. I hope this isn't all that's to be expected of this place because so far I am not happy with it. hopefully therapy is better as a whole.
