Greg Miller's Excavating

I contacted mr miller a month before our house was finished. He kept telling me he would be out within the week to put our septic tank in, I had to call him back to back to even get him I answer or return my call. Finally the week that we are supposed to move in he tells me that he can't do it on the spot like that. This has set us behind in finishing or home. Very unprofessional and lazy.
