I needed rework done on my 2015 Mazda, but noticed when I took the vehicle home that the front day light was not positioned correctly and the rear brakes lights stayed on. Although I had the work done in San Marcos I took my vehicle to the Universal City location to have them check out this serious issue. The rep tried to deny that service king was responsible for the repairs on my vehicle and said the earliest time they could even check my vehicle was 2 months! I told this rep that my vehicle has a SAFETY issue not a cosmetic one and waiting 2 months to have my vehicle inspected is unacceptable since they placed me in danger by not having a simple safety inspection before they turned the vehicle over to me. The tech was very unprofessional, was not helpful and tried every excuse he could to get me out the door without helping me. Service King needs to remove their false advertising that you can take your vehicle to any location if you have problems with your repair.

Good luck with rework

Truck had front and rear damage. The front end required suspension and steering work. They didn't do a front end alignment afterwards. I took it back to get the alignment done and fix several other minor problems. The repairs would take all day. They refused to provide a rental because their faulty repairs are "not their problem".
One of my rear light lenses was cracked in the accident. They marked it as "pre existing" and didn't replace the lens. When I requested they replace the damaged lens, they looked at a picture and said the lens was not cracked when they made the initial damage estimate. How can you mark it as pre-existing damage then claim that it was never damaged in the first place? Just admit that you mismarked it as pre existing and fix it! I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Worst service ever ! I wouldn't recommend this body shop not even if they pay me. They have poor customer service and they have no people skills!

Service King, Pat Booker Road, Universal City,TX location.

Horrible experience. Took truck in July 8 after it was broke into and stereo busted out of the dash. Still dealing with Service King and it is August 20. Needed door repair, new dash and stereo. First they lied about when work was done. The custom stereo was reinstalled by another company quickly, and SK told me the door work was done on a Wednesday and they were waiting on dash to arrive. I went by on Friday, the door was painted but no new lock or door handle, I could see right inside the truck and it had rained. Plus the parking lot was not paved so the truck was full of dust. The next week SK told me the dash had arrived but it was not installed that week. When I called Friday, they said Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. I went by Wednesday at the end of the day and the dash isn't in yet, am told come back tomorrow. Thursday at 5:30 I arrive, wait 30 minutes and get truck. The door paint was bad, runny at bottom and still shows chips. Missing a AC vent, they tore the upholstery on the sun visor, broke a compartment on the headliner, oversprayed paint on the nerf bar and clear coat on both windows and put the antenna back on without tightening it so it almost fell off. Then when I lowered the window the first time the motor fell down inside the door and it was rattling around inside. I then noticed the clips holding the inside door panel were broke and there was a 1 inch gap between the panel and the metal door. The truck was dirty inside, clippings from wires and pieces of the dash all over and it needed to be cleaned due to the dust coating everything. Didn't even sweep off the dust on the mats from working on it in an unpaved back lot of the shop. I got the truck back August 6, but still waiting on the reupholstered visor which should be done today. Manager was very apologetic and tried to make it right but after waiting two more weeks for the visor, I think I have been more than patient with this company. I also think they should have refunded some of my deductible.
