Care Plus NJ has been continually accredited by The Joint Commission since 1995, and we maintain contracts with the State of New Jersey, the NJ Department of Health, the NJ Department of Human Services, the NJ Department of Children and Families and numerous other public and private entities. We are licensed through the NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health Services to provide adult partial care and outpatient services and to operate adult group homes. The NJ Department of Health and Senior Services has licensed Care Plus NJ as an Ambulatory Care Facility. We are also the only provider in Bergen County contracted by the State of New Jersey to offer a full range of services to adults with chronic mental illness. Our emergency psychiatric service in Bergen County ensures 24-hour accessibility.Care Plus NJ, Inc., is headquartered at 610 Valley Health Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey.
