        Room not ready when we arrived and was supposed to be non-smoking but still smelled of smoke. Room was not made up the next day for reasons unknown. Finally manager and desk clerk took care of it in the evening. The location was fine and the staff polite and friendly. Location is good, close to mall and still quiet. For our next visit I will look for a different hotel, much room for improvement at this one.
