        Overall

        Ordered flowers in the morning to be delivered to a business and flower never made it before 5PM. They didn't even call to state they were late, couldn't deliver or NOTHING... My surprise got ruined because since I couldn't get a status from the store had to ask my spouse if she received the flowers.. PATHETIC, irresponsible and unprofessional and will NEVER order from here nor recommend them
