        Sam Bey..., the assistant store manager at Union City Sprint, should be fired. He's dishonest, unprofessional, as a manager and makes it intentionally hard for customers to receive service at this store.

        I came in 4 times to get a Sim card that is compatible with Google Pixel, wasting over 2 hours per visit. Ultimately on the 4th visit, after 60 minutes of waiting, they gave me a wrong Sim card. Even after I specifically stated that this particular card would not work with my device because I had one with the same part number, Sam and his rep insisted that it would work. I asked them again and they reassured me multiple times that it would work.

        Sam specifically instructs his reps to lie to customers who are coming in for service just to make a couple of bucks, treating people that walk through the store as stupid. These conversations happen when Sam and rep are behind closed doors but sometimes even in front of customers.

        I told him that the Sim card should be free of charge because that's what the Sprint support has instructed it to be waived. I even have the interaction number. He ignored it. Fine, I bought the card not to waste my time. They said my phone IMEI was locked and couldn't activate the Sim card right then. After I bought the Sim card and left the store I called Sprint and my phone IMEI was fine, but the Sim card they sold me didn't work and was not compatible with Pixel.

        I called the store to tell Sam that and he said we cannot refund, but I pushed and he said I have to come in. He treats your time like nothing because there is no sense of treating people with dignity. Keep the $10, pay me for the hours wasted in this store that I will never have back.

        Sam's leadership is toxic and promoted devaluing people to walking wallets and taking advantage of customers among his reps. Reps know this but have to fall in line for him.

        Don't buy phones in this store, buy them online. Don't waste your time coming here.
