        Many people have hearing loss. Sometimes it is the result of illness. But other factors including excessive noise, medications, toxins and aging can cause hearing loss. For some, medical treatments can restore the ability to hear. For others, hearing aids are the best option available. ENT Associates of East Texas combines medical evaluation with hearing aid selection. Our physicianswork with our own in house audiology team to identify the hearing problem, prescribe the right treatment, and decide on the best possible hearing aid.

        Great experience

        We ha a great experience with both of our kids. We found nothing different with the finance arrangement compared to most other specialist. Great experience.

        Great dr, awful staff

        What a nightmare this office is. Dr. Garb himself is fine. He did a great job fixing my problem but given a choice I'd never go back to this office again. Even with insurance they nickel and dime you to death. Be warned that if you have surgery they will make you pay before hand but will take their time getting a refund to you. They also made me go offsite to get a CT scan done even though they have a machine there. When I came back for it to be read they charged me an additional co-pay. Just because they didn't have someone there to do the scan that day, I am forced to pay extra? Their billing department cannot have less of a heart. They use the word policy over and over and just try to rush you off the phone. I'd say if you are going to have surgery with this office, DON'T pay before. If they owe you a refund they will not rush to get it to you. Again, the Dr. is fine, but the rest of the staff is awful.
