I highly recommend Affordable Denture in Tyler Texas the staff is awesome and really knowledgeable in all aspects of their job, and, do everything possible to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible with your procedure and with your after care only place I've had extractions and no pain after this place is wonderful

All the ladies that work there are very sweet and the work really hard at making you happy with your smile! Great dentists too!

I experienced a very friendly greeting when I arrived to check in for my appointment. I didn't have to wait long before I was escorted into a room where I was asked about what the issue was concerning my Dentures. Once I explained what my issue was then the Dental Assistant proceeded to repair my Dentures. She took great care in doing what was needed to repair my Dentures. The whole process went very smooth and I am thankful for her Professional work and attitude.

Love the guy that took care of me yesterday. He’s very knowledgeable and will answer and questions or concerns you have.

Ashley and Dr Sinclair are very professional but at the same time down to earth and care about their patients. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything they were doing. They will work with you the best they can on being able to afford your dentures. Cynthia is awesome and her adjustments on your dentures are magic. Ashley and Dr. Sinclair and staff are F'ING AWESOME!!! Anyone who is thinking about getting or if you are getting dentures then don't waste your time talking to other expensive douchey dentist go see the one who specializes in dentures Dr Sinclair. They will go above and beyond to assist and take care of all of your dental needs.

I was seen on an emergency basis, as my tooth had broken and needed to be extracted. Dr. Sinclair was SO nice and, while it took some time to remove the root, he was able to make me feel much better. The receptionist is not the greatest, as she is somewhat aloof and rude.

The worst that I have ever been treated. Wouldnt take a stray dod there. Dont really want to give a star, but have to to post it.

I have been quoted two prices for final dentures and the price goes up. The lady at the desk that checks you out is curt and not very friendly.

My dad got his dentures here December 2016. Since then they have broken twice while eating. Whatever warranty they had arranged was expired so he had to pay over $150. The staff has been so rude since he called to make an appointment. They stressed punctuality but made him wait over an hour before being seen; only to make him come back later in the day to only wait another two hours before being seen. They blamed him for their tardiness, they were unsympathetic to his physical disabilities, and they blamed him for his dentures breaking. The staff as a whole is so unprofessional, rude, and cold hearted. This place needs to go!

These are HARD WORKERS! I am not the easiest to please yet they really listened and help me get the nicest smile possible. So reasonable on prices and Dr. Sinclair really helped me.

Bad experience. I saw the dentist once and was handled completely by staff. One man staff member was totally obnoxious but the women were nice. However they did not do a good job with fitting me. I kept going back and the upper denture got loser with each soft reline. I was new at this at the time(3 yrs. ago) Now I continue on my own with having to use tremendous amount of denture poligrip. Finally went to the Affortable Denture in Sheveport La. I must say a 1st class operation with 3 dentists and excellent staff. I would have saved myself a lot of grief if I had never gone to Tyler's Affortable Dentures. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

This establishment does have some crazy hours and has a lot of people trying to be seen all at once,but if you do get in and signed on time the experience could vary depending on the servarity of your dental problems. The staff are very friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. My experience was good overall. I got there fairly early and when they unlocked the doors there was a rush to the front desk where you sign in. Depending on what you go there for determines when you will be seen. I was seen and given aan appointment for the following day. The next.day.I returned and had my procedure. Althought it was a dental procedure and no one likes those, I was comfortable and left happy. My advice us to have a whole day you can dedicate to going there because it is definately worth the money.

Worst service I have ever seen. Dad went in on a wednesday morning for same day dentures at 7:45 that morning. About 5 hours later was told to come back the next day cause there was a problem. The called him the next day old him to come friday. When he got there, there was. Sign on the door that said they were closed. We live in longview so driving back and forth is a waste of time and gas. Went there monday and they were still not ready. Come tuesday they were but the fit was all wrong and he was told to come back again the next day. That was the last straw and he asked for his money back. While there he was not the only customer pissed off. Unprofessional
