NU-VU Glass

Don't waste your time. They say they will come out and they don't. When you contact them again, there is no apology follow up or request to come out. Apparently, they have so much business, they don't need mine. Lucky them! They won't have it, either!

Very disappointed in their service and the customer follow up they seem to have a problem with not following up with the customer and the time it takes to complete the work that you want done. They never returned your messages.It took many months to get the windows completed.

On 24 Jun 2015. Seems like NuVu Glass lives up to it's poor service record once again had window replaced a few yrs ago and found out they leak and allow water into my home called to let them know and there boss said two yrs ago is to long and they will have to charge me 75.00 dollar for a service call to fix the leak that more then lately been in place since the install there techs don't seem to care much about insulation and doing it right the first time. I suggest using another glass company. I'll never use this business again. I wouldn't have even giving them one star but the system makes you.

Very disappointed in Nu-Vu Glass. I had them order a sliding glass door for my house. I paid them a $500 deposit and five weeks later my door still wasn't in. Come to find out they had never ordered it. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone,
