DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle into JT Automotive. First of all their customer service sucks and the mechanics and the front desk do not communicate with each other. You will be told one thing by the mechanic and something else completely by the person on the phone. Over the time span of a week we spoke to several different people at the desk quoting us different prices. The mechanic had us come in and showed us what needed to be done. At this point we were told by a man at the front desk that we had been overcharged on hours and that it would be a least half. He then stated he would talk to the lady who does the final charges and call us back. Well we didn't ever get a phone call. Anytime we called to get an actual price no one knew what was going on and then once we got a call it was your car is done and you owe us twice the price quoted to you. This mechanic shop is full of people who don't care about their customers and extremely over charge. I explained the situation and their solution was OH you were quoted less we will take 1 hours work off the 9 we overcharged you. And they had the audacity to tell me this was meeting in the middle! And then they told us they are the cheapest in town... Please save your self the money and take your vehicle somewhere else. We wish we had done more research before ever using JT Automotive.

I'm driving for 45 years and also took care of the cars belonging to my wife and kids for over 25 years in CA, & AK.
I've never seen a crook mechanic as bad as they are. They kept my truck for several days and charged me $700, and all they did was change a lighting fuse, and request addional $750 to possibly resolve two other issues.
I've resolved the other issue very easily on my own.

He bills himself as the Honest Mechanic....any thing but that. Had a vehicle that the rear end was replaced because a bearing froze up. Two months later the same bearing froze up...to find out he installed a rear end out of the Junk yard and would not stand behind their work...worst place in America
