Texas Roadhouse

We were huge patrons of Texas Roadhouse before tonight. My family and friends decided to go to Texas Roadhouse after a local football game, it was about 30 minutes before closing. We ordered drinks and appetizers before ordering our food. We waited almost 40 minutes for our meals, once our food arrived we noticed 4 mice run across the floor. The staff responded as if this was normal. A manager was sent over and we made her aware of our issue as well as informed her we didn't want the uneaten, untouched food. Jennifer(Manager) proceeded to tell us how much our bill was and basically gave the impression that we shouldn't be concerned about the rodents and we should just eat the food. She was very unprofessional and rude. She should never have a job in customer or food service. I would not advise anyone eat there especially considering the manager admitted to having know of the rodent problem.

The first time I went was on my birthday Oct. 11th. Every single thing was delicious from my hurricane margarita to the steak & shrimp.My boyfriend & I went back the very next day lol! We have eaten there several times already lol! Service was also great each time!
