Officer Odonohoe is a corrupt crooked cop beware parents of teenagers or young adults.....if they are intoxicated he will make them confess to crimes they are not even guilty of without hard physical evidence.Im a victim of this corrupt officer and i want the people to know the truth. For a simple beer run and vandalism of window yes it sounds bad, but i was given false gang charges, without even being a gang member he pressured me while i was drunk to join a gang to be protected he made it seem like jail was like the prisons in the movies DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICER...if he can get away with such thing then maybe this hole department has got away with it!i was sentenced to prison first time ever being in jail.........my life is ruined now

Tulare Police Department has s...

Tulare Police Department has some incompetent "so called officers"....I can pin point two officers, I've dealt with Aguayo and Barrios. They are rude, and they don't care about the community. They have no manners, I would highly suggest the Police Chief to invest some of my tax payers money training these two officers in how to handle the public. I have never had a problem with any law enforcement agency; indeed, I hold a Federal Job and successfully passed a background check. However, when I was the victim of a crime in two separate occasions while residing in Tulare, these two officers have treated me like a despicable human being, they are aloof, insensitive to others' suffering, have a tremendous lack of empathy.

It would be unfair to overlook the efforts of some of the great officers that are part of this department. Officer Payne and Officer Robinson deserve to carry the badge, They are very concerned about public safety, they are two of the most helpful empathetic officers I have known. They go out their way to protect Tulareans and visitors. Officers like Officer Robinson and Officer Payne make me believe that the government doesn't always let taxpayers money go to waste. I have witnessed how they treat the public with dignity and respect. They actually talk and deal with people like human beings, once again another suggesting to the chief would be to have his two "so called Officers" shadow Officer Payne or Officer Robinson to see what outstanding police work is, in addition to refresh their memories about how to handle the public.

P.S. Pardon my grammatical errors among others! Thank You!

HORRIBLE CROOKED RUDE big headed cops!

I'm surprised how bad it is here all the officers iv dealt with were all rude obnoxious for no reason and I don't know how many times iv witnessed our own police officers speeding and iv caught a couple turn on their sirens just to pass up cars an lights and then turn it off also see cops on cellphones all the time! You can't count on Tulare police for anything. It's really just sad. So many knuckle heads for cops here in this small town an still deaths are happening here like crazy. Do your jobs correctly and quit abusing it.
