Overall

All went pretty well, I paid my account early for years, until they raised my rates twice in two months in a row. Then in the process of terminating my relationship with them, Comcast High Speed Internet service I was misled about the final bill for the account and the closing date. Then they stated I was behind in my bill and stated I have never given them notice of termination which was a lie. Personally I am finished with doing business with Internet Service Providers. Like Shazib R. if there were negative stars I would select that rating. The Internet wastes too much of my time anyway.

First of all, I would leave Zero Stars if I could!



Comcast is the WORST internet company I have ever dealt with. I will never go with them again. They are a complete joke! Stay away at all costs!!! Go with anyone but them!



My experience: First, the equipment was promised on a certain date, but I received it 3 days after the promise date! And that was after several calls to complain. They kept putting it on the shippers and when I called the shippers, they informed me that they never got the package until the day it was suppose to arrive to my house.



Once I received the package, the modem for the internet didn't work and the installer who was suppose to come to my house b/w 10-12 in the morning, never came, never called and claimed he came and I wasn't home. I was home all morning waiting on these clowns. Then after several calls and hours on the phone with Technical support, they promised someone would be there by 6pm. This wasted my whole day. I had to put off a lot of work to wait for these idiots!!!! 6pm came and went, no installer! Then I called them and they kept hanging up on me, when I would ask for a supervisor, they said one would call me back and never did.



If you are interested getting your internet/cable tv installed weeks after promise date, then go with Comcast! As for me, I called At&t and they were able to get me internet and tv the NEXT day!



I have had Charter internet, Brighthouse, Time Warner and never had such an issue! I will never deal with ComTRASH or TrashFinity ever again and I would recommend any reader to stay away from them at all costs!!!!
