Thank you for the outstanding job that Elegant doors and windows exhibited in the installation of 15 Milgard windows and door at my son's newly purchased home.

As a recently retired counselor from pierce college i had no idea that i would be devoting much of my time to acting as the general contractor for my son, Jeff. He recently purchased his home...... a first house that required much repair and replacements.

I greatly appreciated your patient. you made numerous trips to the house often because I would forget to ask for items that required measuring or inspecting, and never once made me feel that i was inconveniencing you. When i requested a city permit and requested that you the necessary paperwork you willingly gave the extra time required. I also thank you for keeping me appraised each step of the way with phone calls , for promptly returning my phone calls, and for reminding me when to send in the paperwork for the rebate. I cannot give enough praise for the service or work that your company performed. the house looks beautiful. I'm recommending you to everyone who mentions the need for windows or doors , and even to friends who have not mentioned the need..
