Gym is clean and staff is pleasant. There are always machines available for use. Staff is also knowledgable and always willing to help. I have already recommended the gym to others.

Well maintained gym!! I been working with Amy Holt for a while now and she does amazing job training and motivating!! We do have fun times and the times where you too sore to laugh!! Overall so far I have a very good experience with gym and Amy Holt!!!

Best gym in town- definitely recommend it. My personal trainer is Eric Tucker and his expertise and right nutrional guidance, support and motivation with each and every workout session has not only helped me achieve my goals ( went from pant size 16 to size 4 over past 7 months) but also remain in shape.

Been coming for 2 years and definitely the best gym I've ever been to. Also I train with Eric Tucker and its cause of him that I have gotten to the weight and shape I've wanted since I started. Everything about this place makes it the best and you have to come see for yourself!
