Fence Works

Had a fence put in by Fenceworks in 2013. Post holding door and post door hinges on shifted twice where the door wouldn't close. Company came and adjusted. Company cracked both posts last adjustment, puts caps back on and didn't tell us. Wind blew off caps and we saw the cracks. Company told us it was ok because caps covered cracks. Same posts shifted again and company says that the posts need to be installed differently but warranty is up and we have to pay for parts and labor. Woman in office is rude. Most messages by us were not returned this year. Would NOT recommend. They should have fixed the issue correctly the first time when fence was still under warranty. We were going to pay them to have the work done, but told office woman that I was going to write a review and she accused me of harassment and told me not to call anymore. Hiring someone else to fix. Stay away.
