It's been almost 2 months (since Aug 24th) that my "Safety" related work order is open with this Troy office. And despite 3 followup emails and 2 voice mails, there have been absolutely no action, update or communication whatsoever on my work order yet. Whenever I called the office, the person looked up the work order and told me he has no clue what is going on with the work order and then when asked to transfer to the in-charge Diane Cartledge, she is never to be found to talk...NEVER, it goes straight to her voice mail! And she hasn't even responded my three emails and voice mails in 2 months! This office has absolutely no shame taking the payment on time with no tolerance for even a day late but when it comes to providing service...naada...nothing!! This Troy Kramer-Triad office doesn't deserve even one star...TERRIBLY RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!
I hope that the top Kramer-Triad management is watching this post, verifies that my complaint is genuine and then takes the appropriate action to restore the faith in their company.

LESS THAN ONE STAR DESERVED!!!! The Troy office manager, Rachel, was incompetent and had no cares for the owners like myself. We had water pressure so low from time to time that you could barely flush the toilets or even wash your hands. I called over and over because we have a small child who we could barely even bathe. They kept putting it off to send a plumber and when they finally did make an appointment to come out they didn't show then LIED and said my husband said not to come out that day!! They also gave us B.S. letters that were "warnings" about things we didn't even do, (I was accused of taking out trash at 6:30am on a Sunday in December) and I was pregnant too... so not possible for all those reasons. DON'T BOTHER telling them to resolve issues with ridiculous neighbors, they don't care.

I agree with all that is said below. Joe Jaster the manager for Greenfarms Association consistently talks to me in a very condescending disrespectful manner. The water sprinkle head broke in front of my garage. Even after repeated calls this problem continued for over 1 year of water flowing all night up against my garage door the did not respond. It took 3 years to remove a dead bush and replace it consistently with the remaining bushes. the first replacement after 2 years was a odd bush. After continuously appearing at the monthly board meeting all the bushes finally got replaced. I had to contact the Vice President of Kramer-Traid to get there attention. If I were retired with nothing else to do I would spend the rest of my days putting them out of business.

I have read all these reviews and I couldn't agree more. This is the worst home owners association you could ever use. They are rude and uncooperative. I had rotted boards on my deck that my two young boys could fall through at my condo. I pleaded with them to take care of the issue, after about a year they took care of it. They are supposed to refinish the deck every year, but have only done it twice in 10 years. The deck is rotted. Trying to sell the condo and Kramer Triad will not supply the new buyers information about the condo association.

Please stay away from this company. They don't return phone calls. Nasty when you stop there. And many places they manage don't trust them

You know something is wrong with how you do business when you can go to any review site and all you have is negative comments and one star reviews. However, you seem to set in taking everyone's money and ruining lives to care about how you run your business.

Guys, lets help shut this company down. They don't deserve to be in business. Let's rally up and get the media on them- and report them to the BBB. Companies this corrupt and acting like the mafia should not be in business!!! Message me, I am already working with a few stations to start our fight against harassment!!!

Just check out the reviews for yourselves folks, almost all 1 star out of 5 on every single review site. You can see that most people that post reviews have an issue with this management company. They take advantage of people and have no remorse for their actions.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. Unless your looking for a complete lack of customer service, unjustified fines and complaint letters, unprofessional / criminal repair contractors and extremely rude and poor attitude over the phone. By far the worst.

Worse management company ever. Not responsive, don't provide any service for dues paid. Customer service is horrible and they give you the run around.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a joke and I agree with every other review on here. From the maintenance requests to the customer service, they are unprofessional and a complete joke. They do not respond to phone calls or messages and will try to squeeze money out of you when you don't expect it. The coupon book they provided for payments states that a late fee is $25. However, they failed to notify the residents that they raised the fee to $35. By failing to do so, they started piling on late fees each month for carrying that balance without even sending out correspondence. I can't wait to sell the condos I have in their association and move on!

By far the WORST customer service ever. I have left at least 10 voice mails and sent 5 e-mails and they absolutely refuse to respond to any of our co-owners. They are not responsible for job supervision just getting paid. This is in there contract. Run fast from mismanaged co.
