My best friend took her Yorkie in after he fell off the couch and got hurt. She was not allowed to go back with her pet and after MAYBE 5 minutes they came back and said they did and x-ray and he had a concussion. They proceeded to tell her that her bill was $268.00. My friend objected saying it was only 5 minutes and asked to see the x-ray which she was denied and the receptionist started yelling that she had signed this paper and was obligated to pay that. At this point the vet told her he was going to keep her pet if she did not pay. All this took place in front of several people waiting with their pets and even though my friend has NEVER been in this vets (she only went this time because it is a few blocks from her house and her other vet is miles away) office he accused her of owing monies from a previous bill from an address she has never lived at. Very unprofessional people and she has still yet to see an x-ray. She did tell them she would only give them $100.00 for the 5 minute
