        Have been waiting for parts for 3 weeks now. It's my wife's car and they keep calling my number, even after they have been told to call her. Today they called to cancel repairs again. But this time they called 15 minutes before she was supposed to have the car there. Again they called me. The ride we had arranged to pick her up was already in their driveway, and my wife was already on the way too. I will be glad when this nightmare is over.
