Cherry Capital Cab

I called for a cab to pick us up at Boathouse winery. No one showed up after 30 min. I talked to the driver, he accidentally went to the wrong peninsula. 45 min later, he showed up and brought us to our hotel, twice the amount we were originally quoted ($41 vs $88 plus tip). I called the dispatcher because I’m not sure why it was so expensive. I was told it’s my fault and he hung up on me. My husband called and he was hung up as well. As consumers we do not deserve this. I’m not familiar with traverse area and I don’t appreciate being treated like this. Do not book with this company. They are liars and disrespective.

The drivers are so nice and helpful!! The vehicles are clean!! I wouldn't ride with anyone else in town!!!

You want to use Cherry Capital Cab because the drivers are neat and polite, the cars are safe, clean and insured and the company is locally owned. This means they do not have to google where you want to go. They know because they live here and work here. The dispatchers often get calls from elderly people asking for the same driver because they were treated so kindly. That just says something for the commitment to customer service.

This is a great company. Very curtious and prompt. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
