Emergency dental service. Excellent experience. In and out in about an hour. May have to consider switching from my regular Walnut Creek dentist. Loved the staff.

Absolutely excellent experience. Dr. Kaur was attentive, informative, caring, and really good at explaining everything. Her staff were thorough and incredibly tuned in to patient comfort. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for the quality of work.

Dr. Kaur and her staff are exceptional and passionate about their work. As soon as you walk in to the door you feel like you are at home and you will be kindly greeted by her staff. This practice is extremely knowledgeable in the dentistry field and punctual, which I value very much. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Kaur and her staff.

I experienced a very painful tooth ache after eating lunch and somehow able to manage my day at work with pain medication. I called Arch Dental right after I got off from work in order to make an appointment if they could see me the same day. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating: I got to see them just 45 minutes after I called! I got a very timely and appropriate consultation, got a very reliable estimate and had a root canal done right then and there in the same day. Every member of the staff that worked with me was phenomenal. They gave me information on Care Credit when I mentioned such a last minute expense would be difficult for me to deal with and they were able to point me in the right direction to get taken care of. Overall, I would say they are responsible for the best dental experience I've ever had in my life in the dental office.

The best experience I have ever had in a dental office! The staff was so friendly and they have the latest equipment and technology to do everything they can to provide you a stress free and comfortable environment. I felt no pain at all during my extraction and they were so efficient and attentive to answer any questions I had. I called them early morning and they got me in right away for my dental emergency. Arch Dental is going to be my dental care provider for my whole family from now on. They are the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality and friendly dental care. Dr. Kaur and her staff were excellent. I had extensive work done on my teethes and she made me feel very comfortable and calm during my procedure. Her tools and technique was great and I did not feel any pain during my procedure. Excellent dentistry highly recommended.

I have been to different dentists throughout the years but I can honestly say, without a doubt, that Dr. Kaur is by far the best dentist I have ever had! In my past experiences with dentists, I have experienced extreme pain from procedures being performed as well as had procedures done that I learned later were unneeded. I am so happy to find the right dentist through my friend referral.

Surprisingly I am happy even after a dentist's appointment. This is a great facility with a great dentist. Taking an appointment was a piece of cake, and they even offer after office or weekend appointments which worked out very well for me. The facility was nice, clean and very well taken care of. Will be back whenever anybody in my family needs dental work again.

I need to have extensive dental work done. My appointments with Dr. Kaur have been great. The staff is very helpful and kind and Dr. Kaur has mindset of just getting your teeth healthy again. She never made me feel uncomfortable about my teeth or how much work they needed. My biggest fear was the pain. Her techniques and tools made the pain almost nonexistent.
