BAD MANAGER: FANTASTIC STAFF. Usually it's the other way around. Jackie Ennels is the latest manager who has gone so far as to tell me in person that she will no longer forward my mail after one month where I am entitled to have it forwarded for a year. I am a retiring doctor and need to receive correspondence from my patients and their insurance companies to resolve their final claims for important surgical procedures. She didn't care but was more determined to give me a hard time. It is impossible to contact over 4000 patients and 100 insurance companies in a month. After 37 wonderful years of working with the USPS I was disappointed to end my career on such a sour note and deal with such a nasty and uncaring person, not just for me but for all my patients. Their slogan on TV: Mail Must Be Delivered and We Have To Serve Our Customers. She obviously did not get this in her training.

Certified letter

On Tuesday, I called the post office to check on a certified letter I should have received. The woman I spoke with seemed rushed and a little curt.



On Thursday, I called and spoke with Delroy. Delroy was very courteous on the phone and took the time to check for my certified letter. Unpon returning to the phone he said he didn't see anything, but after the post office closed he would check more extensively for me. Delroy couldn't have been any nicer.



He is the type of person we need to work in the post office. Thank you Delroy!
