        Overall

        Have been here 3 or 4 times and never had a bad meal. Normally I get bbq ribs and wife gets bbq sandwich, all good. Plus they have Killion's which makes the meal even better.

        We ordered 3 barbecue sandwiches all of which were cold. The waitress told us they microwave their meat and could reheat it for us. We declined and asked her to take it off the bill. She told us we would have to ask the manager. And she didn't know it was cold because she doesn't stick her finger in the food to test it. Thank god! Horrible atmosphere, no changing tables, not kid friendly, and 50$ for microwave food is outrageous. Horrible customer service. If I could give this negative stars I would. Don't waste your time or money.
