I was here August 17, 2014, for a simple UTI. I chose this facility because it was close, and because it was a Sunday, my Doctor's office was closed. This problem did not warrant a visit to the ER. I 've had them before, since I'm 72 years old. It was not busy, so my info was taken right away. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the receptionist came out & informed me that the doctor suggested I go to the ER instead because I may have kidney stones because of a little blood in my urine. She would not let me talk to the doctor & explain my circumstances. I am fully insured and have regular wellness visits to my regular physician. So I went to Toledo Hospital Emergency room where I was seen promptly, given antibiotics and told to see my doctor for follow-up. This cost was almost $1500. That was a totally unnecessary use of the ER and that's what drives up medical costs. This is a classic case of CYA on the part of that doctor, that day! I'm never going there again! The only reason I'm clicking one star is it is close to my home, but the treatment was terrible!
