Kyoto Ka

Chef Cho the owner is a master class shushi chef.His staff is courteous and well trained.The decor is well done.The major plus is that this is not the standard midwest shushi restaurant that many of us are used too.It is an exellent shushi restaurant.Starting with the rice which is superb, the fish of very high quality,the taste delectable,the presentatations very eye appealling. The maki rolls are also very delicious and a delight to the eye. Many are quite unique presentations. Have not yet had dinners from the kitchen ,but I suspect the same high quality as the shushi and sashimi.We know longer have to drive to the Detroit suburbs now or take the occassional trip to California to please are palate for a higher quality shushi it's right here.
