I found you to be helpful, professional and overall excellent to work with. you kept me informed throughout the entire process. My refinance was especially difficult because my wife and I are 2400 miles apart. She is in Florida and I'm in California. Adding to the complexity of the refinancing was that we wanted the loan in both of our names. (We've always done that on everything we own.) This meant that you had to wait while I retrieved the necessary papers from my wife in Florida. You would think this would have prolonged the loan process, but thanks to you , it did not. You kept right on top of the paper flow and "nudged" me when I would let things slip some. I'm very busy in my job and had you not kept this moving forward, there is a good chance we'd still be at step one! You arranged the closing so that both my wife and I were able to handle the final signings at our convenience and worked everything around both of our busy schedules and jobs. (not to mention the three hour time difference) you pulled it off and made it look easy, but I know it wasn't. Thanks you for a great job!
