        Our family loves the Pet Salon. Their prices are great, and they try to work with you. We've used them for grooming, boarding, and other things.

        I will never go back. I paid the same amount for prior trips. Today 15 dollars more for the same service. They were rude and insulting. Never again.

        they cut my dog's pony tail on top of head --half the hair is only 1 inch only. And they gave her poodle feet, her body hair is 2" long so I don't know why they did what they did. I asked for ears short, jaw line shorter, leave hair long as possible and when she went in her hair on top of head was in pony tail. The couldn't even put a rubber band and bow in her hair. Never go there again and when asked about experience will say.
