        Sales rep (Miranda) has a negative attitude which doesn't seem characteristic to making sales and good customer service. She answers the phone like she's at home...in not saying" Sherman Williams Miranda speaking may I help you" instead I got Hello Miranda. I had to inquire is this Sherman Williams? To bad this type of salesmanship taints a well known brand.
