Our experience could not have been better. They were always willing to answer questions that came up. They made themselves available to show the house at our convenience also explaining how to use the custom features of the house. We have never seen any of these custom smart home features on any other homes we have seen. These are our first green home and it is the most comfortable home we have ever seen and we can not believe how energy effect this home is. They are Wonderful people, wonderful experience. We love our house.

Not like other homes we have seen being built to bare and below minimum code after his explanation on what to look for when looking at a new or existing home. It was very educational and eye opening on things we would have not noticeed before.

We are in the process of moving and having our home built in Thomasville, GA. We have seen new homes by other builders and we found CHB Eco Custom Homes on the internet and meet with the builder. He was very knowledgably on green materials and in construction. He pointed out quite a few significant details that we would have not notes in other homes being built. Like one simple one would be that when a door opens out by code there should be adequate area of space to walk out to if not it would be a code violation. We seen this on a new built home. We love the large selection if floor plans they have. It is not the same cookie cutter homes being built around Thomasville, GA

Our entire experience with CHB Eco Custom Homes was a pleasure. We went over the plans of what we wanted in our home and were amazed to find out so much was standard in the base price. My wife and I have been looking to build our home in South Georgia for a long time. We have been very careful on who we select to build with. We have heard a few horror stories in Thomasville, GA. I did a search on the internet and found CHB Eco Custom Homes website. I found it to be very interesting and knowledgeable on building a green home and on construction. I called them and spoke with Izzy and he explained some of the concerns and things I saw on homes being built and he confirmed it. I have seen the home he as for sale in sweetbriar lakes and it has features that I have not seen in any home and the quality is visible. Now all I need is for my realtor to sale my home and stop asking me to lower my price.
