NICEST pawn shop in mobile!!!!! The short brunette is the best! Always gives great prices on guns. I also pawn there and they always try to do what they can to help me out! I also love their night service! The guy with long black hair!!!!!!!!!!

This group of people are STUPID! I would normally stop there, but I took in a VERY rare gun and they took it to the back of the shop after a half hour this hillbilly had to be related to the hillbilly woman working the counter really stupid, anyway he came out and offered me a 150.00 dollars for the gun....??? Really stupid are you new to the internet!? I sold it on gunbrokers.com for 1567.00...NEVER GO HERE!!

This was my first visit and I was treated very well and was given a really great price on the 3030 Rifle that I purchased. I have to say this store will be my new Pawn Shop.

I am an avid customer to several pawn shops but this one inparticular left a very bad taste in my mouth. Have been to this location a total of 2 times and was absolutely not impressed with their business strategies or customer courtesy. My first experience was soon after this location opened and became rather irritated within 3 min as I witnessed more than one customer being treated as if they were "ignorant" sort of speak. Deciding I was not goin to do business in that kind of environment, I decided to leave. I know everyone has an off day ever so often so I decide to give this store a second chance. Upon my second visit to the location, I purchased an item from an individual in the parking lot who had taken the item in the pawn shop to sell but was denied. This individual had nothing to do with this pawn shop. I didn't think anything of it as I walked into the store and was quickly confronted by an angry official of the pawn shop. I was accused of "taking business from the pawn shop" and "stealing from the pawn shop". I highly dought that one little transaction that did not occur inside the pawn shop, especially since the item was already rejected from the pawn shop. Either way, there was no intention of offending anyone but I do understand where that would be upsetting. I apologized several times but they were not accepted and I was rather "chastised" by the employees of the pawn shop as I was leaving. I did however have the intention of spending several hundred dollars on a few high dollars items that were in the store. But, with my experiences of this location, I will not be doing any business nor will I be returning to this location. This pawn shop has rather poor interactions with people as well as questionable business skills.
