I can’t even give this business one star!!! The rudest employee I have ever had an encounter with! I have read other reviews and they all feel the exact same way!! That employee needs to be fired!!!!

The absolutely rudest people I have ever dealt with. Took my father, who has lung cancer to get a new walker. The guy told us this was the appropriate height for him even though we felt it was way too short. I bought this for my father because he needed a walker badly, and when he went for therapy they told him it was way too short. He called them and they said they would make an adjustment, but when he went they said they would only give him a discount on a new one. The salesman was so rude and nasty I can only say do not purchase anything from these people. He told us we did not need any paperwork when we bought the walker and refused to give us the manual. I am calling an attorney and see if we can sue these people.
