        Had service called on 3/7/16 for a/c unit not cooling, not even 3 weeks later the same results. Called the company 4 days constantly to get a tech to come look at the unit, on the 4th day the rep at the desk stated Mr. Thomas Bui is refusing to come look at the unit and we should call someone else.



        The worst business practice I have encounter, and Mr. Thomas Bui himself even stated that they have a A+ rating. Which is outrageous for the way they handle follow-ups to their jobs that was performed.



        Long story short, we are out of $455 and a unit blowing hot air...
