MOBILE SITE TERMS OF USE

YELLOWPAGES.COM provides users the YELLOWPAGES.COM content, information products and services (collectively "Services") for use on mobile devices and displays pursuant to these Mobile Site Terms of Use ("Terms"). Your use of the Services is subject to these Terms so please read them carefully.
By accessing, using, or displaying the Services, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. YELLOWPAGES.COM Terms, Policies and Agreement. You are bound by these Terms and that your use of the Services are subject to the YELLOWPAGES.COM Terms of Use (available at: http://www.yellowpages.com/about/
    legal/terms-conditions    ) that apply to each of the YELLOWPAGES.COM and YP.com Sites and Services. These Terms and the Terms of Use for the YELLOWPAGES.COM and YP.com sites, will be updated from time to time and it is your responsibility to review and comply with the most current version of those terms, conditions, polices and agreements, as your continued use of the Services is subject to your compliance with their terms. All amended Terms become effective upon posting, and any use of the Services after such revisions have been posted signifies your consent and agreement to the modified Terms.
  2. Prohibited Use. You may not, and will not, use the Services while (a) driving or operating any machinery or (b) where your usage of the Services is prohibited by applicable law or would otherwise violate any other obligation to a third party.
  3. Compliance with Third-Party Terms and Policies. Any or all of the Services may be provided by third parties, and your access and use of any such Services is subject to the applicable third party provider's terms and policies. YELLOWPAGES.COM is not responsible for any third party's changes to the Services or any of such third party's terms or policies applicable to the Services, and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and comply with any such polices that may apply as a result of your use of the Services.
  4. Privacy Policy. Subject to the terms of the YELLOWPAGES.COM Privacy Policy (available at att.com/privacy), you consent and agree to YELLOWPAGES.COM's collection, use, sharing, and onward transfer of your personal information and other data, including but not limited to your voice, location or Service usage data. YELLOWPAGES.COM makes no representation or warranty regarding the security of the communications networks you use to access the Services, and it is your responsibility to confirm the security and privacy of your use of such networks or the services provided by your respective carrier.
  5. Responsibility for Charges. You acknowledge and understand that certain Services require phone service, data access or text messaging capability. Except as otherwise noted, YELLOWPAGES.COM does not charge for the Services, but carrier rates for phone, data and text messaging may apply and you are responsible for any such charges.
  6. Compliance with Laws. The Services are designed for adults. By accessing or using the Services you are representing that you are of legal age (18 years and over) and of legal competence to enter into a binding agreement with YELLOWPAGES.COM and are not otherwise prohibited from accessing or using the Services pursuant to the laws of the local or national jurisdiction from which you are accessing or using the Services. If you are not able to make the representations in the preceding sentence you are prohibited from using the Services; however, any unauthorized use of the Services by you shall be subject to these Terms until such unauthorized use has been terminated.
  7. No Representation; Limitation of Liability. YELLOWPAGES.COM makes no representations whatsoever concerning your access or use of the Services and shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with your use of, the Services. You assume all risks arising out of or resulting from your access or use of the Services.
  8. Disclaimer of Geographic Accuracy. Your use of the Services may be dependent on the data related to your geographic location and usage of the Services, and you acknowledge and agree that your failure to provide (or make accessible) that data may limit the functionality of the Services. YELLOWPAGES.COM makes no warranty with respect to the accuracy of Services provided to you in reliance on location and geopositional data provided by you or via your mobile device.
