Claim Jumper

Utensils were dirty as well as cups. I asked for plates they never came. Waiter never came to ask us if we needed refills only other tables and management never came to our table eithier. We asked for more lemons and the waiter just brought us one. I was left very unsatisfied.

Good food but always crowded. Portion size is well worth the price. Amazing mother load chocolate cake!

After waiting 3 hrs.on Vets day, we left without eating. Checked in at 5:20, Our check-in time was changed to 6:30; Family she knew were seated in 10 min. w/o reservation, etc. Called in after arriving home, asking for Mgr., and was hung uo on twice.

Don't waste your time or money!

They forgot to put the dressing with our salad we had to go and we talk to the manager and he was being a jerk and didn't seem to care and he didn't look like you wanted to be there.
Will never go back here again.

Everything is pretty good about this place except that if you would like to split a dinner they charge you an extra 6.95 to do it. That sucks BIG TIME! What an insult. When they did that it was the last time that I was there and that was 5 years ago.

If you're hungry, this is the restaurant to go to. Tons and tons of food ~ way too much for one seating! Staff is usually fun too.

Claim Jumper has been a favorite for MANY MANY years. My last couple of visits have been terrible. I will not be going to this restaurant any longer! Their service is aweful and the food is not even close to the quality it used to be.

I love everything about Claim Jumpers in other areas, and this one is even better. You really should try the quesadilla appetizer.

They serve a mountain of food and their staff is courteous and friendly.
