Thanks for the great customer service and helping us find the perfect pair of boots. We were extremely impressed with their options of cowboy boots which is the largest selection we've ever seen in one store. They also have the hard to find top quality jeans that wont rip along with shirts, hats, belts, jewelry, work boots and many custom exotic boots too. We'll definitely be back again soon.

I always try to give people and places a chance myself so I'm not misled by other peoples comments. So i decided to shop at this location and the one in lakeland and was very please both times that i went. I was helped by different people both times and got what i needed both times. I really appreciated that the manager in Lakeland went out of his way to get the boots I needed. The selection in boots was amazing in both stores,and i cant wait to stop in the one in Dover and Ocala soon. I would recommend Russells western wear to everyone!

Awesome store to shop at. Same great customer service. Love how they make you feel at home. And prices are good too. Would recommend it!!

If I told my best friend about this place it would be Not to go there.. Recently I went in a week before the tax free weekend. I picked out some jeans for my grandson, they were priced 19.99... I was going to buy them but was told by the clerk that the jeans in question would be on sale the following weekend plus I wouldnt have to pay any taxes on them... so I asked if they would hold these jeans behind the counter as he is in that tween size and finding him jeans is near impossible.. so I jumped at the chance... I got there the next weekend to get his jeans... but there was a problem.. the 19.99 jeans had been marked up to 23.99 a pair...MARKED UP for a sale... I was madder than a wet coon I swear.. asked why they had been marked up as they were not this price when they put them behind the counter for me the week before... of course no answer... I asked to speak to the manager,( Billy) who I could see sitting in his office.. he refused to come out.. now please keep in mind that this happened in their new store in Lakeland, Billy was the store manager at B C Corral but it went out of business..and he has went out of his way many times there to help me out with special orders and such... a great guy there.. but here.. not so great... so I figured up the cost of the jeans on sale and it turned out to be the origional price of 19.99... I politely gave them the jeans back and said I would rather drive an hour and a half to Cowboys where I knew I would be treated fairly and that the prices wouldnt be marked up.. Very unhappy.. to say the least and will not go back to Russels for a pair of socks... ..
