        Went to Auto Zone on Hillsborough because it was the closest. I needed a battery and could not turn the car off. I explained the situation and that I was with 3 small children. The person working "Pasquale" said no problem I'll be right there "outside to test the battery" well 20 minutes later he's helping new customers and when I asked when he was coming out he said Oh I forgot and still didn't come. We left and drove a little further to O'Reilly's near the original Hooters. Eric came outside immediately and I was driving away with a new battery installed 15 minutes later. Thank you O'Reilly's and Eric. You have won my business and my recommendation.
