I highly recommend LaVida Massage. The people at the front desk are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facility is clean, tastefully decorated and conducive to relaxation. The membership program makes getting massages on a regular basis quite affordable. My

therapist, Bonnie, is a warm, caring person who uses her skills, talents and creativity to meet the needs of her clients and does an amazing job! In addition to consistently excellent massages, Bonnie is also skilled in the practice of Reiki. As a result, I have experienced a wonderful warmth flowing through and around me, affecting my body, emotions, mind and spirit, bringing relaxation, cleansing and restoration along with feelings of peace and well being. I especially recommend booking a two hour session of massage along with Reiki to obtain the maximum benefit.
