        Overall

        When I moved out after 5 years of living in a condo in Tampa, I am charged with unreasonable charges for paint, cleaning, and other weird expenses. Either the HSW rep is negligent or they just like to take my money! There is no gratitude even after you keep the condo in very good condition - clean, nothing destroyed, professional cleaned on move out. You will be charged for some or the other charges that they make up at the end! Very unethical way of doing business. Or a very unethical person in charge.
