Love this place great bargains

There is a young assistant manager named Brandon who assisted me on my purchase. His kindness touched me as I watched him multi task and his proficient way of handling other customers. He treated me with such respect I hope to see him some day as a store manager. It is so refreshing in today's world to experience the younger generation with such wonderful work skills. Thank You For Having Such A Wonderful Young Man Employed In Your Company.

I almost didn't check out this thrift store because of negative comments regarding the cashiers and staff. But I am glad I went anyway. The cashiers and staff were all friendly to us. My girlfriends and I got some really great items. We just moved into our new apartment and found cool furniture and decorations. Our place looks great. Glad I decided to check out this place!

I had a great experience at this thrift store. I found some amazing items. The day I went in I had a terrible headache and I felt bad. I needed to take my meds to get rid of my headache. I saw a young man who I was told was the manager. I told him I wasn't feeling well and asked if I could get some water. He got me some cold water and took my items to my car for me. It was nice to see that there are some nice young people who don't mind helping an elderly woman like myself. I will tell all of my friends about this store and I will most definitely go back.

No regard for customer service. Better donations are held for friends and family of the clerks. reporting the practice to Mike, the manager was like spitting in the ocean. Save your time, money and donations where they will do some good, not line pockets.

really rude un-happy staff. store is always a mess. I find it hard to believe there is a manager. If there is I'm sure it's a flunky who has been there the longest and failed their way up. Over priced junk --skip this place!

I go to this thrift store at least 3 times a month and really like it. I have never had a problem with the cashiers. On Sundays they work very hard when hundreds of people come for the big sale. They handle themselves very well given the amount of people that come through that door. People are waiting at least an hour before the store even opens on Sundays. The men that work there are just as pleasant and always willing to help me when I need something heavey brought out to my car.

This seems to be not a good place to go. The cashiers appears to be the most impolite people to be in contact with the customers. Just because one opens her purse, the cashiers ( especially two of them - the black womean and the blonde)they think they are stealing their old commodities. Who are those people eho are interested in stealing smelly old clothes. The cashiers appear to be rude rude rude rude.
