        Overall

        Very knowledgeable over the phone. So much better than the nightmare I had calling Sears and getting the directory tree from hell. Looking forward to taking my repair to Ted for review. As a note, Ted's hours are Tuesday - Friday from 2pm - 7pm.

        Ted is extremely skillful and very polite. I've taken my vintage Nikon FA to him on two different occasions for unrelated repairs. He provided me quick service at a reasonable price on both occasions. I found him to be very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone needing camera service or repair.
