Terry's Pool Service

They said $150 to patch the leaks in my inground pool. I figured they would do a more thorough job than I could. All they did was slap some 2 part epoxy into the holes with a very sloppy finish. Two days later and the water is almost below the skimmer again. I asked them to come back out and they said they did all they could. Save your money and buy the epoxy on amazon. Unhelpful and unapologetic.

If you have any other choice, make it. I would suggest filling in your pool before you use this company. I don't like doing business with hypocrites nor those so selfish they cannot see reason.
Let's just say that this company refused to honor the probate requirements related to my father's passing, his debts, and accounts. The woman who handles their business affairs even suggested on numerous occasions that I disregard the probate process and just pay her. Ironically, they turned around and sued us. I guess legal remedies are only good for Terry's Pool Service. Worst decision made was to engage with this company. Find anybody else.

I shopped for a pool service and selected Terry's solely due to the professionalism of the office staff. I had a new filter and timer installed, plus some leveling work, etc. I could not be more pleased with the service. The various crew members showed up quickly, did their part of the work thoroughly, CLEANED up after themselves, then went about their business. In addition, I just received my invoice and it is slightly under the price quoted. I highly recommend this company and will certainly call upon them in the future.

I have used Terry's Pool service for 17 years since they first started up. I have always been pleased with the excellent service and the great, very helpful owner and employees. They wrecked our liner by putting chlorine tablets in the skimmer and our liner lasted 4 years before it got wrinkeled under the skimmer. We were not happy campers.

I have used this company for years. The service is excellent, as the pool is cleaned on my designated day, and always looks great. This is one less item that I need to worry about each month as Terry's Pools does fantastic work. Also, I had a leak not too long ago in my liner and the hole was immediately found within a day of calling their office and repaired. Thanks Terry's Pools for continuing to do fine work at my house in Tallahassee and not breaking the bank with the cost too!

One of your employees came to my home to do their weekly cleaning. This employee has been to my home multiple times, and has always been efficient in his job. Apparently, someone from your office called him to rip him a new one for a mistake. Employee DID not diclose this to me. I overheard the conversation. The employee seemed to be flustered and upset, resulting in his job of cleaing my pool less supurb than usual. I truly feel that how you treat your employees is a huge reflection on how you run your business. Treating your employees poorly results in poor business quality. Therefore, I will be canceling my services with your company.

We actually got an extra year of service from our old pool liner by using Terry to repair a couple of holes in our liner. He is dependable and shows up when he is scheduled to be there.
