Peppers Mexican Grill And Cantina

The staff is always cheerful and welcome you, seat you and bring warm and fresh tortilla chips with salsa right away and take your drink order. The food is served on a warm plate and whatever I order, it is always good and fresh. I esp love the Popeye with chicken, spinach and a nice sauce to roll up in a warm tortilla. Thank you all for consistently being my #1 mexican restaurant in Tallahassee!!!

This restaurant used to be great but over the past year after they remodeled it has gone completely down hill! Their Margaritas are only sour mix there is very little or no tequila. That's why they are 2 for 1. Service has really gone down hill as well. They also used to have the best tasting Mexican food in Tallahassee but now Taco Bell has them beat by a long shot and that's pretty bad! Bad food, weak Drinks, and slow service.

They have 2-4-1 drink specials all the time and the food is better than I expected. The restaurant is also very clean, which is an added plus.

I tried Peppers friday night when they had 2 for 1 margaritas. I had the fish tacos, and it was better than average. They were remodeling the bathrooms, but it was a minor inconvenience.

This place is super and very authentic!
