I heard a squeaking sound coming from my vehicle and I stopped by this Midas not knowing what to expect as I was a female going to a shop by myself and unknowing whether I required front or back brakes. I spoke with an auto tech by the name of Chris, who advised me I didn't need brakes at this time and could continue with the current brake pads and rotors until replacement was needed after normal wear and tear.
