        Welcome to Hot Yoga Tallahassee! We are excited about your interest in our studio and hope to provide you with all of the knowledge and tools necessary to begin your yoga journey with us. It is our wish to provide every yoga student with a safe and enjoyable practicing environment. Each of our teachers are specially trained to help and guide the beginner student as well as challenge the seasoned practitioner. At our studio you will find a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where many friendships have been born and lives have been changed. We love to have fun with our yoga practice and explore what our bodies are capable of . At HYT we offer many different styles of yoga which are unique to each teacher. Styles that may be explored are Hatha, Vinyasa, Barkan, Ashtanga and more.
