CVS Pharmacy

Overworked. I have one perscription that requires "extra" approval because it is a narcodic. When I started with the pharmacy my pickup date was the 25th of the month. In the past year this has extended to the 1st. During November this really got messy. I know the doctor phoned it in early but because of Thanksgiving and overworked employees it was not until December 5th that it was available for pickup. Personally I want to transfer to a different store. I am tired of them having Holiday problems. This renewal sat on their voicemail and despite my physical presence (3 days), nobody would check. The pharmacist looked stressed and overworked. Loads of people were waiting every single time I went in. Either they hire more people, get better management, or I am going to see about a transfer of my perscriptions (and I am probably doing them a favor).
