CVS Pharmacy

I had one of the worst customer experience I have ever had at their pharmacy-specifically, Nikki the Pharm Tech. Due to a mistake on their part, my rx could not be found for 2 days. When I asked for help in not waiting for another long line of customers to be serviced (my 3rd visit in 4 days), she could not have been ruder to me and stood at the counter continuing her diatribe after THEY made the mistake on the name for the rx. The store manager was very nice and listened, but I could not believe the way she talked to me and just kept on yelling at me from behind the counter. And, I can't believe someone else on duty did not say anything. I wanted to rate at NO stars.

Perhaps the best pharmacy ever! Fast, courteous, you name it...we left the other place (starts with W) and never looked back - no regrets...

Aweful. Terrible customer service. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Most of the techs have terrible attitude and are not afraid to show it. Most of them are college students who apparently dont know what they're doing. Lost this customer after only 6 months.
